
Sensor Alignment
Customer Issue: One of our customers found that her garage door kept reversing and didn’t want to close properly.
Our Solution: Our technicians looked at the sensors and ran some tests, finding that they were out of alignment and mistakenly reading that something was beneath the door, hence not allowing it to close. After careful measurement and adjustments, they were realigned properly.

New Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: Wanted a new door.
Our Solution: This customer was renovating his home and called us to enquire about getting a new garage door. We offered him several options and he decided to get one from the Amarr® Oak Summit collection. We installed the door for him and made sure he was completely satisfied with it before leaving.

Opener Remote Control Failure
Customer Issue: The opener would not respond when using the remote control.
Our Solution: Once we checked that the door was operating correctly, we noticed that the remote control required reprogramming and recalibration with the opener. Our customer was relieved no part had to be replaced, and didn't experience any further issues.

Opener Installation
Customer Issue: Old opener broke, needed a new opener.
Our Solution: We brought Mr. Weathers several models and he chose the Chamberlain WD962KEV opener. We installed and programmed the unit, as well tested it.

Spring Replacement
Customer Issue: Spring replacement.
Our Solution: Mrs. Anderton called about a broken spring. We replaced both springs to ensure the door's smooth operation for long time to come.

Cable Replacement
Customer Issue: Cable replacement.
Our Solution: Both cables were heavily worn, one was on the verge of breaking. Both cables were replaced, and the door tested.
